    Default Problem

    I can't merge armies to create more than 20 unit ones.How do i make 40 unit armies.Playing 2.2 40 unit europe campaign as france.the unit cards are shown smaller but 40 unit armies not possible.

    You dont need to start a new campaign. Just load the savegame 40 units save. It will begin on turn 1.
