Edit: Having looked at the video... if you can't win with that small force in Ise, at least cripple the Iga force enough for the Kasuya to easily mop up the province. If, by chance, the Kasuya do not knock out that Iga-Ikki force, they would have seriously crippled it. You can have a force from Settsu move to Owari via Ise and deal with any Iga-Ikki threat, presuming one still exists.

That leaves Hideyoshi to deal with the Otani.

Be bold, go for Owari. Then run the line as far as you can. Mikawa, Totomi, Suruga.

Iga isn't worth much. Do what wealthmonger says and go for the Tokugawa directly

Finish the Otani off and then pick a fight with the Tokugawa. Would seem the most enjoyable path to tread (speaking strictly as a viewer of your let's play videos).

About your question which army should go take at first? My ninja sense say. I would take that Iga-ikki out first because they are really aggressive and next turn they attack to your place 100% surelly. Meanwhile in North Otani has not been so aggressive like Iga and it take 2 turns get to your Omi-castle and you have like 1 extra turn to recruit more reinforcement to Omi.

So rush support to South frontline!

North to Obama! Moving your army toward Iko Ikki will probably cause them to recall their army instead of fighting the favorable siege defense. then with your defensive army, along with fresh reinforcements, move East. So in essence you'll have your Northern and Southern Armies again.
