I would have to say Daenerys. She is described by multiple people as the most beautiful woman in the world. Not to mention, her personality does not fall as flat as some people. She is also lacks the paranoia of Cersei. I loved Emilia Clarke's portrayal of her because it was exactly as I envisioned her. She is smart, not afraid to stand up for herself, and EXTREMELY charismatic. That is why she is able to get so many people to follow her.
