I want to use your map for my own first mod (i'm going to edit it)

I'm going to make my own first mod, could I use your map as a start?
the mod is going about the kings of rome. The map will only be Rome and the surrounding area's.

EDIT: Can you also give me some tips about modding
I dont get it how to make the map correct because the map_heights had more pixels than map regions. How can I let them have the same size?

I changed plan, the mod is going to be about camillius. He conqeured Veii and defeated the invadibg gauls. I think im going to need help for scripting etc. So if know someone who needs work you can direct him to me . help is ALWAYS welcone because im new with modding.
