Great Job!!! Like the atmosphere on that one, I can just see the dust in the air, and feel the humidity.

The House of Baltar
Neither is this the dawn from the east, nor is a dragon flying above, nor are the gables of this hall aflame. Nay, mortal enemies approach in ready armour. Ravens are calling, wolves are howling, spear clashes and shield answers
I'm sorry, but I can't say that I like this one, doesn't seem to "last standish" to me and I really don't like the blur/fuzzy thing on the pic.
Nice picture, although it would have been better if there were more soldiers visible...Shazbot had my vote, this one was my second choice.
Good picture nonetheless.

Yeah, good work. However, I think Shazbot is right about the fuzzyness. Luckily it somehow fits to the "sandstorm" atmosphere, but without this fuzzyness, it would look much better. But who am I, criticising you? You beat me!

I disagree, i think the fuzziness it what makes it so good, it's made it reminisent of a Turner painting.

Its very good but i personally preferred some of your other pics. Maybe we'll see one of them this week
I really don't see what's so good about this picture. It's just so random, I can't make anything out of it.
Sorry, but it's true.

I agree this picture is very unique, I like very much
Its very interesting how different people interpret pictures/art
its ment to look kind of 'epic' i guess..kind of on top of a hill, the spartans are all almost dead (theres only a few left in the picture) and they are being overwhelmed but continue to fight..Originally Posted by therussian
Hence last stand.
I like the fuzzy/smudginess on paintings because they look more old fashioned (like during the renaisance(sp?) - I like that kind of art.

thanks for the good words from some of you heh, each to his own... Was one of my first tries..
