Siwa region??

This was on BC 2.02 mind you but does anyone know if this is fixed on 2.3.

I completed the game with Oman, literally had every region and city except Siwa which was a rebel town in north africa but I couldn't reach it physically with my armies or see the town??

It hasn't been "fixed", because that's not a bug. Siwa is supposed to be inaccessible, that's only a placeholder of a region which is basically a desert region. The same concerns Buraydah and Lhasa.

Oh ok, I was wondering because I thought when I completed the game I'd get some sort of congratulations "You've conquered all" sort of thing.
