    Also, the game doesn't end. You can play as long as you want, but you won't get the pop-up informing you you've "won".

    This thing is, I want to feel like I achieved some kind of victory from a 'victory message', but don't want to be constricted to a certain time.

    ...Wow.

    I regret to inform you that just because your opinion differs from mine, does not make my opinion wrong. Nowhere in this thread did I even imply the words difficult, challenging, or wanting it to be easier. I expressed my distaste for a time table, and that was all. While I do appreciate you have your own free will and an opinion, mine differs.

    Lol, are you being serious? I hope to god not, because who is that angry all the time? I just don't understand it.

    Anyway, if anybody else has anything to contribute to the thread instead of idle insults and aggression, that would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

    You come off as aggressive to me in every single post of mine you reply to. And telling me to get 'thick skin' and what-not, is insulting to me. Even if you don't intend it, it is. I could care less how you feel about my tolerance, but you as an individual seem very aggressive in every post I read of yours, but I won't go into that anymore.

    AGAIN, back on topic.

    Thanks in advance.

    @Zorphon

    To tell you the truth I'm going to agree with Ferdiad. I waste a lot of time in my campaigns building up my base but there is no way that you can run out of time.

    Ferdiad is the angriest motherer in the game. Now... About the ageing script... I deleted it in both the early campaign campaign.txt file and in the imperial campaign campaign_strat.txt file, but it's still there. WTF?

    Ferdiad can be a bit of an ass with some of his responses.
    He's also generally pretty helpful most of the time. It's just his way I suppose. I don't think he means to be offensive, even if he comes across that way sometimes.

    Yeah, he reminds me of me sometimes, anyway...

    By that I meant that the changes didn't take place in-game. Is there anything else to delete?

    For year 2000 you'll need to add tanks, planes and missiles as well as other changes.

    Just in incase he forgot, these modern times mods have a habit of forgetting these minor things.

    Changes to campaign_script and descr_strat aren't save-game compatible.
