I'm not sure you can readily say where the attack comes from in a melee anyway or which direction the kill is from, many times a man will be knocked down and then get up again.

I think that you're not quite know what damage can cause a heavy blow by the sharp piece of iron to to any open and even armored part of body.

To state "it never ever happens" is a really broad statement to make without some proof, and it has never been raised before with all the thousands of hours it has been played so demanding it gets fixed is a little bit abrupt.

yep. inf charge in back is like they strike air and not enemy. they blowing air and then start standart ffa.

I don't really think you can look at this as though the men all have their backs to the enemy, even though the models seem oblivious, and do have their backs turned, I think in a real situation the back rank of a unit would turn to receive the charge.
In addition to this I think the real effect of a rear attack would be to morale rather than casualties.

Why should the infantry charge into the back kill more units?

It's not that it would be a surprising charge and they would have
enough time to get ready for it while a cav charge could come that
quick that it were a surprise.

It certainly does have an effect, a few men die from the charge plus the morale penalties cause the battle to be won faster than if you charged two units from the front.
