NEW MAP: METZERAL-BRAUNKOPF 1915
This battle took place in june 1915, in the french mountains Vosges, in the Alsace (France).
There has been violent hand to hand fights between french and german forces inside the village of Metzeral, violent bombardments from the heights. German forces are also entrenched on the big hill of the Braunkopf.
Special thanks to primergy for his model of grapewine.

+rep, you really deserve it for all this hard work . I can't wait for it to be released, it will be fun fighting it out on these maps.

Anyone got a suggestion for a good freeware modelling program that saves in formats that other modelling programs can use?
(a GIMP of sorts, but for modelling)

I don't know if blender: http://www.blender.org/ suits your needs, but I think it's the best freeware 3d moddeling program I've seen so far.
And epic work as always panzerchreck, +rep!
You need a converter I know one but it's 40 dollars.
NEXT MAP I am working on:
CEMETERY, Langemark-Gheluvelt sector, battles of Ypres 1915-1918.
Map will be about trenches war, the front has moved several times between 1914 and 1918, the german cemetery of Gheluvelt (belgium) is now between the german and english lines, in the no man's land.

That is very nice, and also the most practical solution out of the ones we discussed.

That is the flaw in your theory, gentlemen and I will not help you out of it. If you choose to deal with men by means of compulsion, do so. But you will discover that you need the voluntary co-operation of your victims, in many more ways than you can see at present. And your victims should discover that it is their own volition - which you cannot force - that makes you possible. I choose to be consistent and I will obey you in the manner you demand. Whatever you wish me to do, I will do it at the point of a gun. If you sentence me to jail, you will have to send armed men to carry me there - I will not volunteer to move. If you fine me, you will have to seize my property to collect the fine - I will not volunteer to pay it. If you believe that you have the right to force me - use your guns openly. I will not help you to disguise the nature of your action. -Hank Rearden

I hope we will soon be abble to add sandbags and barwire on these trenches.
Trenches offer a really protection to soldiers that are in, part of the direct shots ends on the trench parapet.

That is an awesome addition to this mod! Congratulations and +rep.
Awesome panzer.
Great job ^^ Will your maps be for the campaign or player vs player ?
