After installing Windows 10 (64), I can not start either Esfeditor or DVDitor. Both programs require the .NET Framework 3.5 preinstalled, but this operating system already has 4. ***. Is there solution? Both programs worked fine on windows 7 (64)

Easy.
[WIN+R] buttons, [OptionalFeatures.exe], enable [.NET Framework 3,5].
