My old-as-hell Driver's Ed was constantly yelling at me yesterday as I drove him around town. Considering all the crap I'm going through, I don't need some old crank yelling at me. He should've retired years ago. It seems no other Drivers' Ed teachers around here are actually calm, relaxed, easy-going people, considering what my friends at school say. I just want to remove his car's "passenger break" (built in the passenger seat so he can jam it whenever a student makes a screw up, like what he did when I acidentally didn't look a second time making a right turn at an intersection and so I was stuck in the middle of there for like 30 seconds as he railed on) and so he would jam on it and I would keep going. Maybe I'd use it destroy his ugly, massive-ass Buick.

I actually quit Drivers Ed (gonna try again with a different guy) because the my teacher was an absolute nutter. He didn't yell, but he'd fuss, and slam on his passenger break over screw ups so tiny that neither us, or the car were in any danger. It was like the idea of *almost* hitting a curb, absolutely terrified him or something. The side thing is that I drive just fine and would have driven better if he wasn't fussing at every little thing and just let me make and correct my mistakes without him freaking out and slamming on the passenger break (or shoving me out of the way so we could take the wheel as if I was about to rear end a car.)

My day sucked because at work my captain didn't trust me at all and pre-empted every SOP, check or call by telling me what to do, as if I didn't know, and then went on to criticise me for flying the plane too 'slickly', saying I'm not experienced enough to do the very thing I've been doing with every other captain for the last 8 months. He preferred I waste fuel than fly accurately and efficiently because woe betide me if I am actually capable. Grr!
