    Default 16 L'Aigle Skins for DMN - Test

    Invitation here to try a mod I did (with Laigle's permission) over a year ago that changes 16 skins (if the unit name is unchanged by your game/mods) to his marvelous renditions, 10 guard and 6 line units, for those missing his units in DMN (or any other mod or vanilla) at this time.

    Hopefully it works - perhaps y'all might let me know if it works for you?

    I edit manually the custom user.script, nothing, all manually (packs...) and nothing again , what I'm doing wrong?

    hey what are the chances you have a pack that gives Murat his curassiers in the campaign like he has in the historical battles?i always wanted to see him with such as well as altered stats that allow for a more viable combat role letting us relive the old glory of the future king of naples and best circus roder in the empire

    Not sure. Did you put the packs above DMN packs? Perhaps Darth changed the unit names? Like I said, this needs to be tested. Let's see if we can get it to work...

    Darth - did you change any unit names?

    Yeah that mod changes alot of other things as well though and the chances of it being compatible with dmn is slim due to that.i just want the cuirassoers and murat the cavalryman not the general

    Nothing, your packs were before DMN packs... and the names were the sames.

    I don't have such a pack but I think another mod did that already. Can't remember which though. Simplest thing would be to take the Heavy Cavalry Reserve (or any other unit), beef up its size and stats, give it rally capability, and simply rename it "Murat's Cavalry" via the .loc file, probably. Perhaps you could then change the officer skin to one like Murat?

    Hmmm yeah that could certainly work.and yeah a mod called brightworks did it but it changes other things that would likely conflict woth dmn

    I tested it with just the core pack in the user.script like so:

    mod Laigle_Line_Card_Unit_Pictures.pack;
    mod Laigle_Card_Pictures3i.pack;
    mod Laigle_Imperial_Guard_Uniforms.pack;
    mod Laigle_Line_Uniforms_Skins_Icons.pack;
    mod Laigle_Guard_Skins_Icons_Extras.pack;
    mod DMN_DarthMod_Napoleon.pack;

    It worked fine for me. Are you sure you have them ABOVE the DMN packs - as per user.script above?

    NOTE: These packs are just skins and cards etc - they do not change stats.

    Sorry chaps, but this is just an old mod that I reminded y'all of. No plans to make a new one for Britain.

    For some the skins are showing in custom battles but not in the campaign.

    I have installed the mod but i dont see neither changed French grenadier skins, nor added foot Chausseurs
    iam i doing something wrong?
    I have placed the L'aigle lines above the DM packs in the script

    Hi pudguru I have try your Laigle submod for Darthmod, it's a no bad submod but in truth I don't like any details has the short shoes of the french line infantry in place of the high boots, and the eagle skins in front of the caps of granadier and infantry of line, for this reasons how do you think if you'll create another submod in which taking in consideration these features?

    Yu'll can see the uniforms and skins in movies has Waterloo and Goya's ghost.
