When he tried to run the installer windows sayed him This file contains invalid data, so he tried to redownload DMN, but nothing...
He has win vista and he is the administrator of his computer.
I hope that someone (probably husserl ^^) can help.

I have got the same problem. When installing it stops at 66% and contineus to the page where it says:
Darthmod Napoleon has not been totally installed because of the following reason:
Data.exe: This file contains invalid data. (error 11FD)
You will have to run this utility again to completely install Darthmod Napoleon.
I downloaded via ModDB, did uninstall the older version first and also tried it after verifying cache with steam.
Unlike your friend, I have got Windows 7.
