    are you considering a new version of this with the remaining rome voices and text replaced?
    i`d be happy to work on the text files if you can give me more info on this world`s history and cultural references
    i understand this is a beta of course.

    Just make a copy of your Rome Total War folder to another hard disk or partition or just a different folder. Say, you have Rome:TW on "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome Total War"
    Make another folder in, say, "C:\Program Files\Activision\Flaming Lands" and copy all the contents of your Rome Total War folder into the new Flaming Lands folder (except for the modfolders and mod shortcuts you have in your RTW ), then install Flaming Lands in there.

    Thanks! But I've forgotten what folders are vanilla and which aren't. Could you list out the vanilla contents of your rtw folder so I know which ones to copy.

    mod is awesome so far but many of the units are missing textures or faces are on shields...

    i installed part 1, part 2, and the extra rometw folder, then the sprites, then the imperialcampain addon, then the english trans...in that order...multiple times.

    im also playin it on rometw not BI...

    you guys got any ideas?

    Wow! Finally got the courage to download and install it, and I must say - its first impressions are amazing. And I've played a custom battle and a bit of campaign with no CTD so far. However, when I exit out of the game it once in a while CTD, which is odd, but doesn't affect the gameplay as of yet so whatever. Anyways, great job! Looking forward to hours of play. Hahah

    ADDED:

    I do have one question though. I like to make my own tweaks to the files and I've noticed while viewing the export_descr_unit.txt, descr_strat.txt, etc. files that you haven't changed any of the original unit names, city names, or region names. I'm confused which units in the game are which in the files. Is there some sort of unit name dictionary you could provide so I would know which units are which as well as which factions are which and which cities are which? That would be really helpful. Or at least point me at what files to view in order to find out?

    Well, I finally got it to download and install, and I tried to modfolder it as with the Steam version of Rome you cannot play mods any other way.

    Unfortunately, although it mostly seems to work, it gives me the error: "Cannot open sounds database" or something along those lines. I tried copying the contents of Rome and installing Flaming Lands over it in a modfolder, but it only made it worse. Now it crashes on the load screen with no error message.

    Can you please make a modfoldered version? I hate how most mods are only made to work with the CD version of Rome.
