    Building Effects As of release of version .9a(being updated, updated down to buddhist chain)

    Black text denotes start of building chain, colored text denotes a building direction choice must be made, additional black text within the same building chain denotes another choice must be made.

    a multiplier applies to many of the monetary values, pushing up the costs on hard and very hard difficulties and down on easy and normal difficulties.

    Buildings give a % boost to your arts rate
    [% bonus to arts followed by a C for chi arts or B for bushido arts]
    Province specialties also give a Chi art bonus. 3% at the first level, 5% at the second level, 9% at the third level.
