1. Any cohorts in Italia will be disbanded
2. The Spanish provinces, as well as Apollonia in Macedonia will recieve adequate garrisons.
3. A legion will be stationed in Macedonia and Hispania.
4. All other legions will be disbanded.
5. The taxes of cities will be set thus:
