    Default Generals' loyalty

    All my generals have the 'feels dishonoured' trait and i need to know how to remove it.

    btw by 'all my generals' i mean the two sons my legendary king has. (he has full authority btw)

    so how do i get rid of said trait?

    I am excommuniated but my relation with the pope is actually 'reasonable' (tho 'his holiness' wont even consider reconciliating me)

    not playing with BGR btw

    also, does ignoring missions have anything to do with it? i've pretty much flipped the bird to the nobles concil every time they give me a mission. didnt think it'd matter seeing as how my only military leaders were royalty.

    no. hes got the 'passive leader' trait, but thats it.

    and as for winning battles, as i said, the two sons are the only military leaders i have, so while one is defending from english invasions, the other is obliterating the russians, they get plenty of action. the heir in fact just randomly got it after destroying a russian army

    I just got reconciled (7300 for 2 turns, highway robbery i say) so maybe theyll chill..

    While we're all here. Is it normal for my generals to get, "Has The King's Eye" and "Leader Pays No Attention" traits on the same general? It happens to me frequently. Just doesn't fit.

    Im pretty sure its not a bug, mostly because it happens to me all the time too... but i could be wrong.
    I just see it as this, in general, the king is aloof, but with that specific dude he does pay attention.

    Generally if you fight and win battles with the generals that have the 'feels dishonoured' trait, the trait will change to 'feels respected' and eventually 'feels honoured'.

    @Bringer Of Storms

    The 'Has the King's Eye' trait applies to a specific general/family member that has a lot of power. The 'Leader Pays No Attention' trait is applied to all generals and family members if the King gets the trait 'Absent Minded'. They can be applied to the same character.

    @judeman

    thats just it, as i said i only have 3 commanders, my king and his two sons, and one is warring in england, doing really well, while the other is crushing rebels (damn those rebels spawn rather often)
    so they both get plenty of warring and winning. cant seem to shake the trait tho.

    btw, your avatar is sick brother. it gave me crazy nostalgia. shogun was one hell of a game wasnt it

    Absolutely, Shogun was one of my favorite games growing up. It was probably the first strategy game that I played besides Age of Empires.
