Default launcher dont respond to commands

specifically, -nm and -show_err, i added them both to the command line but it seems to be ignoring them

Verify you did not delete any "
    It should look like this:
    "D:\Juegos\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-ALX.exe" -mod:alexander/lotrtw -show_err -nm -ne -enable_editor

i didn, but the installed launcher desktop icon says this only

    "C:\Games\RomeTW\lotr-tw launcher.bat"

I changed it to what you said and it showed some (more than 3) errors. Im going to reinstall, if they contiue there after i do it ill report them

Well, this is what is happening, the game does not automatically maximizes. Other than that, it seems to work normal, but anyways i have some CTDs in campaign

This only happens when i use ALX.exe. If i run the game with the default .bat that the installer gives, nothing of this happens and CTD becames much rarer

I guess your shortcut launches the game in windowed mode, and maybe it can cause problems when the resolution changes between battle and campaign.
I suggest you to open the video options in game and to select the screen resolution that fits your monitor, both for campaign and battle.

Or to delete the windowed option from your shortcut (right click -> properties) until the target looks like this:
    "...\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-ALX.exe" -mod:alexander/lotrtw -show_err
Do not modify your text between "", just remove the: -ne

    -nm: no movies
    -ne: windowed mode
    -enable_editor

    thanks!

by the way, something odd is happening with uninstaller, i first uninstall 2.08 patcj and when i go to unistall the main one the uninstaller says the message "Uninstalling 2.08 patch" and the main folder is NOT deleted

The uninstalls worked the latest time I tested them, but the installers do not add anything to the register, so you may delete the mod folders manually:
    ...\Rome - Total War\alexander\lotrtw\
    ...\Rome - Total War\lotrtw_fmv\
    ...\Rome - Total War\Opening_Movie_Swapper.bat
    ...\Rome - Total War\How To Install LOTRTW.txt
