Proposal Version 2.0 – Staff Structure

The staff as a team has an informal structure of organization where specific roles are to be determined according to the abilities and time constraints of members of staff. Upon discussion any member of staff is allowed to swap their role or hand it over to another member provided that the team as a whole is informed.

Ogres.net Network Administrators
Ultimately the owners of the Site and Server they manage the technical side of administration and are above all other members of staff. Please forward any queries or complaints regarding technical aspects of the site to either Mithras or Besim.

Head of Staff and Webmaster
Archer acts as head of site and is the official Total War Center representative when dealing with other agents such as CA. He also handles the day to day senior administration of the site and manages all other members of staff. Archer is also head of moderation, all queries and serious complaints about moderation and staff conduct are to be submitted to him by Private message or Email.

Staff Community, Feedback and Complaints Representative
This person handles the community complaints and the lesser administrative tasks such as rank promoting and so on. He acts as community representative and has the responsibility of keeping the forum stable, especially the Curia. The Community representative is a position currently held by Justinian, any queries and requests such as name changing and profile editing are to be submitted to Justinian by Private message or Email.

Staff “Hosted Community Projects” Feedback and Complaints Representative
This person handles any complaints and requests made by any of Total War Centers current “Hosted Community Projects” He/she has the responsibility to make sure that this area of the community is well looked after. Any prospective modding teams who wish to join the hosted community projects should send an email or Private message to either the designated representative or the Webmaster. The Hosted Community Projects” Feedback and Complaints Representative position is currently held by Tacticalwithdrawal

Staff “News and Articles” Representative/s
The head/s of Staff news and Articles has/have the responsibility to keep the front page full of recent news and act as content representative and is/are responsible for all articles which are posted in any news section of the community. The Site Content Representative is a position held by Asterix and Lucius Vorenus. Any requests and queries about news and having news posted on the front page are to be submitted to them by either Private message or Email.

Also each Community news organization has its own specific manager.

Curia Liason
The Curia Liason serves as the voice of the staff in the matters regarding the Curia and serves as a link between the complaints within the Curia. The current Curia Liason is Mimirswell. Any requests and queries about The Curia that concern staff are to be submitted to him by Private message or Email.


Community Events
The Community events representative is held by any member of staff and he is generally responsible for most community events. He is free to appoint as many helpers as he desires. The Current Community events Representative is imb39. Any requests and queries about The Community Events are to be submitted to him by Private message or Email.

Picture of the Day
A sub forum in Community events currently run by Lusted. Any requests and queries about Picture of the day are to be submitted to him by Private message or Email

This is basically how we will be running things and this document was written in Staff, it helps stop us get overloaded with PM's and gives you guys information on what to PM for what.
