Rabble rousing, Pleb Commander CK23
You can state that you've sent someone (a messenger or the like) with your vote and then you vote.

Quintus read the reports on the Senate and immediately sent a vote in favour of Tiberius
Having been away from Rome for the past several years serving the state, Aulus received a missive from the Senate upon his return. The issue: whether Tiberius Cotta should be voted quaestor suffectus. Though he knew of the Aurelii-Cottae, with his absence he was unsure of the man's political loyalties and ideals. And so, Aulus decided to play it safe and abstain. He made a mental note to update himself on the goings on of the city and its families.
