Hey I'm playing Rome and I fought Gaul and Getai and all their family members have almost more than 4 stars(almost all of them). How do they get so good generals? All my generals been in multiple battles but only some have 3 stars.

Regardless of how many stars they have, they can't compete with you. Besides, stars aren't as important (at least to the human player) as moral-boosting traits and ancilliaries.

WIn heroic battles and just win battles in general.

also if you are looking to beat them with auto resolve it doesn't hurt to have a well balanced and well funded army as opposed to a mishmash of random mercenaries

actualy, stars are there when u use auto disolve, the more stars the enemy general has the more difficult it is to win a auto resolve, specialy when u have battle lvl on high and VH
