Can someone please tell me where to recruit all of the new units in the Grand Campaign? I'm playing as the British, for example, and I don't know where to recruit the northumberland or the Royal American regiments. Thanks in advance!

All the units you mentioned can be recruited in Fort Nashwaak,Acadia.

Thanks! But is there any way to increase its population quickly so I can build a barracks, or am I going to have a long wait?

It only takes 2-3 turns to build barracks

Normally yes but the city is too small, I can only build an administration building and a wall

Are you sure you are playing the American Revolution Campaign(one of the TAR campaigns through the launcher) as the British ?
From the level 2 barracks in fort Nashwaak,Acadia all the units you desire will be there like this:

They are units only available in American Revolution as after 1783 most units were disbanded

Ah yes I see now, just one more small problem, I still can't find the Royal American Regiment. You said they were in Fort Nashwaak but they're missing. Everything else seems to be in place.

Royal American's regiments? There are several of such regiments like the Kings Royals and Johnson's Royal regiment both recruitable in Boston,and the Royal regiment of Foot and the Kings Royal regiment of New York both recruitable in Montreal.

I would normally be fine missing one unit but you guys did such a great job with the models and these ones look great that I'd love them in the campaign. i can get them in quick battles though.

They are in there but can only be recruited in the region they are assigned too

Risht, but I can't find the region. I've captured pretty much the entire American Theater and there's no sign.

You can recruit them in Florida as that is historically where they were based during the revolution

Ok the 60th Royal American Regiment is available in Florida and recruitable in these buildings, using PFM add these buildings to buildings_units_allowed in the TAR_Core file:

minor_governors_barracks
minor_governors_encampment

Then the units appear in game!
