Starting technology
I m making a personal mod for the french and indian/american revolution campaigns in Empire total war. I want to have some of the factions start with some techs already researched, and for various factions to have different levels of starting tech. As an example, the British started the revolution with disciplined firing drills and bayonets whereas the rebels started with neither. The problem is I don't know how to do this, I don't even really know which editor to use.
