a couple of questions: there's a screenshot of etruscan axemen vs romans... what's the roman unit? they don't look like hoplites nor like hastati/principes/triarii...

no unfortunately not
..the ui field (along with some other undone or non uploaded things related with 2d) are neglected atm

thats a shame since we have done tons of work in every field and not having any (not even crappy ui)
...it would be great if somebody could give a hand to get them ready soon

How much browsing have you done friend? We have all sorts of units- some of the ones with the greatest tactical variety are persian, with several units that will utilize bows and spears; the Thracians have all sorts of peltasts and cavalry that are both skirmish and melee; the Etruscans have chariots, axemen, peltasts, access to light italian troops and some hoplites; northern greek factions like Thessaly mix light infantry with very heavy cavalry; carthage has virtually every kind of troop type you could want- and all of these alongside of the mighty hoplite heavy infantry, which is backed by all kinds of interesting skirmish units, stealth units, anti-cavalry units, marines, and light cavalry. Not enough?
