Personally, should improve or add new animation for each unit.
It looks bad that a samurai katana blows with someone who is on the ground, maybe beheadings would look goodThere is an animation package Call of Warhammer, which would also be great.
Change the vegetation by cherry blossoms and so on.
Also improve the morale of soldiers.
Would be some suggestions, hopefully take them into account thanks.

Samurai cavalry vs samurai heavy inf

I understand it is not a priority, but the samurai inf use their katanas like spears.

It took three charges to defeat them (their captain died in the last charge) and most of the cav casualties are from the melee, before they regrouped and charged again. Also, forgot to take a picture, but after the initial charge, a group of maybe 10 samurai inf followed the cav wwhile the main unit stayed put. It has a nice effect as some of the warriors are more impetuous than others and samurai warriors even more sobut maybe it is something to look at.

Eagerly awaiting for Europa Barbarorum II, Westeros, Dominion of the Sword and Tsardoms Total War.
Some units will have to shoulder behind the flags with the symbol of their clan?
maybe a weekly news update or something, that would be nice.
when you have gotten the main game (units, factions, and campaign), maybe work on retexturing stuff such as trees into cherry blossom trees.
looks very good so far, keep up the work.
Oh, and you should make some historical battles such as Nagashino, Kawanakajima (4th probably), Sekigahara, Itsukushima, Kawagoe, the one where Nobunaga and Iieyasu destroyed the Asai (forgot the name, it was quite famous too), and maybe make both sides playable in each battle. would love to try to win as takeda in the nagashino plains.
oh, and if you can, add a better battle AI (maybe see if you can get permission from germanicus5 or someone to either mod their battle AI or convince them to make a version for your mod). (putting the battle difficulty on hard just gives the enemy more attack and defense, which still will fail against superior strategy/tactics)
Sugestion:
If there is no realy unique animation in this mod's ones then i would sugest
that you could take the animations from Rusichi TW mod and be able to add
better horses based on Marka ones without need to add "unique horses in your mod's folders ,just replace the meshes of the vanall ones with new.
I suggest in the future to create 30 clans (the most important period of the mod) + the faction "not playable" with the smaller clans / rebels.
No further progress of the mod? Or some new news?
