descr_regions question

Can anyone tell me what the two lines after the RGB and before the Resources are for?
I'd like to label them correctly in my editor as opposed to calling them Value1 and Value2.

Surely you mean the values after the RGB value and the rescource line:

Tribus_Brigantes -region tag
Isurium -settlement tage
britons -default culture tag
Brigantes -rebels for region
232 41 198 -RGB value
furs, slaves, lead -rescources
5 -triumph point value(redundant i believe)
5 -base farm level(defines how much income/population growth farms give in a region, the higher the more income)
