    How can I modify victory condicion and is it possible to transfer unit from one mod to another.

    Yes it is possible to move a unit from one mod to just about anywhere you want to put it. But I too would like to know about modding the victory conditions.

    If you have 1.3 or 1.5, look in data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\descr_win_conditions.txt.

    Here is an example of what you can change the victory conditions to be. This si taken from my mod, so do not copy and paste as my mod uses a new map, but you get the idea.

    About units, can I transfer unit from SPQR mod tu RTR. Which files I need to copy

    You need to copy their model file (there will be 1 or 4 files that end in ".cas" in model_units folder) and the their texture file, and their entries in export_descr_unit, export_descr_unit_enum, descr_model_battle, and export_unit. That last on is in the text file.
