Look in the tutoials section.
I've looked there's only tutorials with GIMP.
I've done two ps tutorials, but not on skinning allthogh they might help you learn some of the tools and what they do, the section on saving icons is the same as for skins. i want to do one for skinning but it would take alot of time to do a good one, so feel free to pm me or post here if you have any specific questions.
start simple with one unit of you favorite faction. and always keep an original backup. Good luck

In my texture's file the pictures are dds and i'm wondering how do i get them to jpeg.
if you convert to jpeg they wont show in game, but if you just want a jpeg file, save as, in the drop down select jpeg,
O.k but how do i ake them show up so i can edit them.
Have you downloaded the tga.dds viewer from Nvidia. download that, then when its installed you can go to your Rtw/data/models_unit/textures, from your browser menu(on the top little box with coloured squares on it) select thumbnails, you should now be able to see all of the textures, now just double click on them and they will open in ps. oh it works better if you open ps first.

You want the top plug-in dds viewer.
O.k thanks for your help.
