That's odd. I played a custom battle recently and it ran fine.
I have yet to play a campaign as the silvan elves though (cause I don't like their unit list).

Weird, since i play silvan elves all the time and got pretty much no crashes. At campaign, custom battles and campaign battles.
And Silvan elves have awesome units, Mirkwood rangers are great!

Addict, have you changed any of the games files in regards to the Silvan faction?

Is lotrtw modfoldered because i have rome medieval installed as-well but im re installing rome total war and its expansions. I will update this thread if it still doesn't work

Update: Problem solved my lotrtw files got messed up so the mod doesn't work properly so i had reinstall rome and its components

Yes, very often a reinstallation solves a lot of problem.

I had the same problem, but only with Galadhrim elves....
