Game crashes loading any battle

Hi!
When I am loading Singleplayer battle - game crashes when the map on the loading screen appears without error. I installed the game few days ago - on Monday 19. I've never played this game before. Also I've installed all DLC. When I'm checking cache integrity, Steam founds 10 invalid files and download them. Here their names: Shogun2.dll, data_0, data_1, data_2, data_3, index, Cookies, History, History-journal, Preferences, awesomium.log. But problem is not disappear.
I did all recommended things: deleted ClientRegistry.blob, reinstalled c++ from vcredist, reinstalled the game - but it didn't help. Also I've updated drivers on videocard, sound and DirectX. Please, help me.

Which drive is Steam on?

On E. I didnt install Steam on C:/Program files/ etc.. Steam installed itself on E partition, where I installed Skyrim.
BTW! I've just remembered: On disk C is Fat 32 filesystem and on E (where the game was installed) is NTFS. Maybe here dog was digged?
