This is a small template I made for sending to prospective clients. I took about 15-20 minutes to compile this, so it may not be the most perfect thing. But I found it useful all the same, and would like to share it with you guys. You may please sticky this thread if found useful. Basically, you can send the content of the two fieldsets, in two Private Messages, either Directly, or after Adding some personal touches.

It's very simple. You get,

1. A shiny badge. Well, 3 to choose from.



2. Posting rights in The Capitol.


3. Custom user title. That is, instead of Senshi (whatever the prospective client has), you can change it to anything.


4. Access to hidden sub-forum, Quaestiones Perpetuae. Naturally, you cannot see it now.


5. Right to vote on citizen matters.


6. Eligible to apply for Site Moderator.



7. After 3 months, you can sponsor other applications for Citizen.


8. After 3 months, you can stand in CVRIA elections for

a) Curator.


b) CdeC. Deciding on who becomes a citizen or not, disciplinary action etc.


c) Magistrate.



And lot's of other stuff.

Citizenship Process

Here's how it goes.

1. Write a bit about yourself. -> How you came to TWC, What you do, Your duties and privileges as Citizen (i.e. Why you'd like to be a citizen), Your contributions (with links), and lastly, How you'd contribute to TWC after becoming one.

2. PM the above to me.

3. Inform me of any past or present Infractions. If you have none, inform the same.

4. I write my bit about your application.

5. Application then submitted.

6. 2 days discussion and 5 days vote by the CdeC. In that hidden sub-forum.

7. To pass, 2/3 CdeC members should vote -> 8/12.
60% of the votes to pass -> at least 60% of members voting should vote yes.

8. Completion.

Also, feedback would be nice.

Correct. This is a template you'd send as a Patron to the prospective client. Of course, I have edited a bit to make it readily usable, you can just send these directly. But I also add few personal touches to the templates.

Not quite sure what you are referring to.
Could you elaborate?

These statements all refer to you as the sole point of contact. By standard practice I just say...."please contact any CdeC Councilor that you are comfortable with"....

Maybe I could change the Guide title to "Guide to the CVRIA and Citizenship" and put it in the beginning of the GUide, with full credit to m of course
