Fixed Cuman files

There were some issues with the Cumans, so I fixed them with PB's help.

I added ports for them, corrected the stats for the BG and corrected the stats and animations for the Khagan Druzhina.

Here are the files after I modified them, in case you don't want to go through the process yourself.

If you use the EDB, make sure you're running Carl, because I am. If you're not, then just add "cumans" to the faction requirement list for every port (don't forget the castle ones too).

TWC keeps saying "invalid file" to the modeldb one, so here's the link for it:
