cant change Clan Flags/banners colors

I actually am able to change uniform colors, emblem colors (on the banners), and colors for everything...BUT I cannot figure out how to change the colors of the actual banners over cities, and over units in battles. Does anyone have any idea? I looked under faction_banners, faction_uniform_colors, and faction in PFM. I would assume that you could change the color of the banners under faction_banners but I tried changing all the color codes and nothing happens.

The flags on the campaign map are determined by the textures in the flags section of the rigidmodels folder which you find in the models.pack. So you need an image manipulation program like Photoshop or GIMP to edit those.

So basicly:

Models.pack -> rigidmodels -> flags -> textures -> banners
The files you'll find and export there will be in .dds format.
You need a plug-in for photoshop which can be found on nvidia's website.

I'm looking into the same thing at the moment. I'm thinking of downloading a mod that achieved this and edit that myself.

You don't need photoshop: paint.net.

My question is why every clan's sashimono is stark white. All I've done is override the original flags with new ones.

Ok, my problem with the flags is fixed.

Problem now is my armies aren't the same color schemes as their clan flags. (Shimazu have a dark blue flag, but units are still green).
