New Unit Icons Please!

I really hate the way the Unit Icons look. They look so plain compared to other games units. I saw there was a game called Takeda 3, is there anyway that someone can export these unit icons and use them for Shogun 2.

There are no unit icons in Takeda3 as far as I can tell, only unit leader pictures, and some of them were used in character portraits mods you can find in these forums.
