    Google "Cheat-O-Matic". A handy and easy to use little program that you can use to mod the amount of cash you have in the single player campaign.

    You can also edit the startpos to change the starting treasury
    or edit the db to change the income/upkeep

    Or improve your skills to learn how to manage your economy...
