So, as the other two hotseats seem to be winding down, I've decided to start my own.
As I have long desired to, I will be laying claim to House Stark of Winterfell.
Rules are pretty much the same as the others; the biggest difference is that we will have learned from prior experience about how humans play as opposed to computers.

Meshakhad is the game leader. all emails and passes go to him.
All turns are to be taken within 24 hrs from the previous player. If they aren't then Meshakhad will skip your go for you, all players will have passwords but Meshakhad will need to know them in case this problem arises. All battles auto resolved. You may nominate someone else to sub for you. If so, Meshakhad will send them your password.

I have started the hotseat, and am currently in deliberation. I will post the save file shortly. Players will take their turns in the following order:
1) Lannister
2) Tyrell
3) Stark
4) Arryn
5) Greyjoy
6) Baratheon of Storms End (Renly)
7) Baratheon of Kings Landing (Joffrey)
8) Tully
9) Baratheon of Dragonstone (Stannis)
10) Martell
When you take your first turn, you will be presented with a summary detailing that there are 10 human players, and that all battles MUST be auto resolved, and that the console is disabled. Diplomacy must be verified by the human player when his turn is reached. This screen will also ask you to enter and confirm a password; this password cannot be changed, and you must use it to unlock the game each time it is your turn, to prevent others from cheating. Please send me a copy of your password so that if I need to skip your go, or you vanish without telling us, I can unlock your House for someone else. Use a password that you do not use elsewhere.
When it becomes your go, adhere to the following steps:
1) Download the file and place it in [drive]:\pathtomedieval2totalwar\mods\Westeros\saves
2) Start Westeros: Total War
3) Load the save game
4a) (On turn 1) Enter and confirm your password
4b) (On all subsequent turns) Enter your password
5) Make all the moves you wish to make
6) End the Turn
7) Once the next players Password screen has appeared, press ESC and save the file, please use the name:
TIAH_[house name]_[turn number]
Please replace [house name] with the name of the next house, and [turn number] with the number of the turn you just finished.
8) Upload the save file from [drive]:\pathtomedieval2totalwar\mods\Westeros\saves

RULES (open to debate)
No bypassing forts via disembarking.
only armies besieging a fort may be attacked by the besieged.
We will be playing on the Difficulty level Hard
All assassinations are acceptable
You may display whatever results you desire, be they true or false
No hostile action may be taken until turn 2
You may not break the alliances your factions begin the game with until turn 6, all other diplomacy (Peace making, trading, etc) is unrestricted
No destroying buildings in besieged settlements
No abuse of further game glitches, as to be decided by admin
if you cannot be bothered to play your faction any longer, you will leave the HS without giving away money or settlements or disbanding armies.
One other thing. I would request that players keep us advised as to who is currently the lord of their faction. It makes the roleplaying easier.
