you know, mods and admin can ask members with offensive usertitles to change their usertitle or they get infracted/suspended/banned/any better punishment.
I had to change my name because some people might find it offensive, there recently was a case about an offensive sig so I don't see the problem there.

Yes but access to signatures can be removed, if title customisation is given to the default usergroup it would be more difficult to remove without creating a separate "naughty corner" user group which wouldn't help anyone. Furthermore I'm not sure what kind of access moderators have to user profiles on this forum, every time there is an issue an admin might need to be called in to deal with it.

No, we could just add it to the no signature/avatars/D&D usergroup.
