I noted that the Phoenicians have a slot and a symbol assigned through they are not either in campaign nor in battle. Do you plan to make them appear in any future? by time period, they should be present? or its just a discarded idea?

Hmmmm...well..The Phoenicians were conquered by the Babylonians during this time frame, but they did have the city of Tyre which was built upon an island, and they existed still in some autonomy until the coming of Alexander the Great. It would be nice if Tyre was added as a little island city off the coast of the Levant. You could have 1 city starting out, then expand via the sea and take Cyprus/Crete, and maybe Rhodes too! Then take over Kyrene!

The map has PLENTY of room for new provinces, i doubt that it would be difficult to add one, but i dunno if the team has done/want to do research on this, in this time, so-small faction

As far as know there are no plans to make a phoenician faction

From other, classfied sources within the team (LOL so hard to guess whom), I have learned that the team decided to leave Phoenicia since it was not really that important on its own, and doesn't have any real historical objectives,

Well, fine by me, i did not really wanted a Phoeni faction just was wondering of what you were to do with that slot.
