how to make bayonet shine as ETW?

In ETW, basically all the metals shine if you max the effect, but not the case in NTW, how can I make all the blade, bayonet, insignia, badge shine as the way they do in ETW?

I know that is possible because I saw this by accident. I tried to add a Russia unit to France but forgot to change the country setting in "uniform to fraction colours tab" and when I enter the game, that unit is nolonger the same way it is but the default ETW millita. However the bayonet is shining!
