Problems with ships

When I try to load armies on to ships, the thing that comes up if the army would be overfilled comes up, and when i move my army to the boats and continue, it doesn't work, and the tab comes up again..

did you tried to ship also cavalry? only foot soldiers can be shipped.

Besides infantry cavalry BGs can also use ships. Regular cavalry cannot.
