I was inspired.

So like the pool says IYHO which is better?

IMHO, Skyrim wins by a long shot. It has a better composition, well thought story, immersion and with very interesting moral choices. Where as in Oblivion the main quest was the worst part of the game.

P.S. Sorry, no Morrowind option.

Oblivion had some great parts of the main story, but all in all Skyrim's blows it out of the water.

This is about the main quest, so Skyrim's wins. However, if we were to talk about the game in full, oblivion.

To be honest it's tough. Skyrim started off fantastic in the Main Quest but then it just ended so abruptly. Oblivion had a few highlights but often drug on more than needed.

Oblivion definitely. IMO, the Battle for Kvatch and Bruma could have been better if placed in the Skyrim setting.

Can someone give reasons for Oblivion? I thought it was boring, predictable and underwhelming, while Skyrims was just epic.

Skyrim. Both were good but the repetitive Oblivion gates hurts the MQ in Oblivion too much.

Also dragons.

Nope. I just ran past the dremora whenever possible, summoning skeletons as distractions.

Skryim needed more battles. Maybe like 6 or 7 dragons besieging Whiterun.

That would have been nice indeed but I know for sure that Skyrim is better, just for the portals in Oblivion which were repetitive(there was too much of those IMO, an annoyance and the general story was less immersive than Skyrim.

Most def Skyrim.....actually felt more involved in it, just wish the civil war missions had more substance....I never got to see the moot....if there is one...

In Oblivion I dreaded doing the main mission...closing gates....isn't really glamorous.....killing dragons....well that's totally different

Is there a moot?
