You can reduce size of any faction and relocate them to different parts of the map to balance the game. Each of faction has a key city and a castle to begin with. All remaining cities on map should be turned into rebel and they are filled with full garrisons of elite troops. I know this could take you time but it would be fun to play. Players would take more time and resources to take down rebel cities. If you don't have time doing so, just reduce faction size (keep their capital and a castle). All factions begin with 2 regions. Eg. England only have London and a Winchester castle; France has Paris and Caen castle; HRE has Frankfurt and Magdeburg ect.

That is do-able but would take some time. But by leaving the big factions AI controlled they might be able to put up more of a fight. SS using gracul CAI makes them quite aggressive. KGCM with garrison script is also tough. That's what I'm looking for in a game. I don't want one human faction starting too big or powerful.

What's not fun? If England made peace with Aragon, Sicily, and Fatamids is this game YOU would find yourself with a four front war. Pesto wants to kick your ass. I know you like playing Russia and Novgorod or Kiev will be one of the factions. You know we Americans consider both today to be Russia.

I'm not against roleplaying. It is a possibility. I'm just at a disadvantage because of time and my limited imagination. I can post something like "Infidel dog, the Sultan will have your head on a pike!" That's the limit of my RP ability. I might require all posts to be RP style.

we will probably find replacements for the factions or play on with AI.

i would be in in a new hotseat. but if its KGCM i have to think about it.
We could probably erase every faction we dont want in the game with the "surrender_regions" command. and try to balance a new hotseat with it.

The resistance is fultile .
Sicilian understand that after Iberia annexation is Italy britainization. We have no chance so accept the their domination is the best way to avoid bloodshed and death in Italy . I would abdicate the Sicilian throne .

To get this running again i subbed Aragons turn recruiting as many soldiers as possible and destroying one of my own armies near (teh spanish capital i think)
there wa snot much to do but recuiting lots of troops as it seems Tonno didnt recruit any in his previous turn.
