Why dont you just keep Cirith Ungol as it is then. It looked pretty good to me. In my opinion, as I said I dont think Cirith Ungol should have a majestic look as the other major strongholds of Middle Earth.
Man, the Argonath are just great. Now ME really is starting to feel like ME. I just hope KK and D_A are creating settlements in the same pace as you. TATW is moving forward to be the only full conversion in the history of M2TW modding. Soon all cities will have the look they need to have.

Only suggestions for argonath: more trees, it should look more wild.

You can walk on the entire terrain, including the high ground. However, things were made in some way that in battles the main armies will always fight at the bottom of the statues. I took it in count, dont worry. Anyway only after added ingame we would know what really happens.
Personally I dont like it. I would prefeer to see their back, lore acuarrate. But this is my personal taste.
The waterfall is not on the statues, it is after the lake.
It would be possible to add the waterfall but,as far as I know, not possible to add two water surfaces in two different heights, so we would have to add an artificial one, like in Rivendell. I dont think it is a good idea due to the side of the river.
The general concept of it is ok I think, it works well and all. But there was still stretched textures and as someone said a long time ago, the mod has a quality standart, even me, now, I dont would like to see something ungly in the mod, and by ugly I mean not good like the other modders's settlements, in therms of textures.
Well thanks. It is not the end, yet. My time is getting short again, but ll try working on new ideas.
When these are released, I really have to have a battle as soon as possible!

LOL. KK is not ignoring. We keep negotiating via PM. And he is actually helping .
But you know, we all have our own things to do and the point is that all settlements must be tested ingame to avoid bugs and issues, and that is something that only KK can do properly, editing the strat map etc...so it takes time and work.
The settlements shown in this tread are all straight to the level of quality required for this mod.I dont belive there is something to be changed in therms of quality.
Thats why Cirith Ungol is out for now, it was ugly. While the ones in the pictures matches the quality level of the other modders.

The quality of most settlements is indeed quite good, except some little things and several "technical" issues.
Anyway, the settlements are getting better with every new one, so I'm more than happy with your contributions.

The boats fits perfectly and the changings on the walls were made with mastery as he had to change the wall size due to engine issues.
A new textue on the ground is seen, or pherhaps the old one but brighter, who cares
Thats what I mean when i say that this issues must be fixed by kk, I dont know how to mess with these things (and actually dont want to, it seems quite boring ).

The aerial pictures of esgaroth makes me remember the huge amount of work I had to extract the buildings from vanilla, each one incomplete and then start working on each one in milkshape until they were done, and then, place one by one in the city, even with the milkshape limit of vertexes, wich forced me to do some magic to go placing new buildings and avoiding placing two ones in the same place, one mounted in another one... That was as nightmare and I hope I will not need to do something similar again.

Just one suggestion : Units don't need to go to the other bank because armies can't walk over ocean on campaign map . And it's more realistic !

I must say I prefeer my old wooden texture for esgaroth ground, the new one is too bright... looks like poslihed, the old one was more... dirty. My own taste of course.
Everyone has it's own taste. Your colour was not my problem, but textures that are flickering in-game and repeating every 2m are not really nice in my eyes.
Actually I had to make a completely new ground from scratch because of that.
This is only one thing that I meant with "technical issues", but everything else is really great!
