Correct me if I did something wrong: I have GRANTOZ OIM 2 installed, so I have to install only new cinematic patch?

i have tried to download this again but when the first file gets to my desktop the computer basically freezes,will try to download something else to test if its my PC or just these files,merry xmas everyone
I tried installing the Alex patch. Should I not have done this? It's not working.
Disregard the last post. I reinstalled it using RTW-BI. It opened okay, but when I went to end the turn it crashed (ctd).
P.S. One of things I did when I installed to BI was:
1. Installed 1.2
2. Installed the English patch
3. Installed 1.3
The English patch didn't take, so installed it again.
Did forget something or do something wrong?
Works great for me with the Alex exe, and I'm well on my way to losing my first campaign.

Yep, so far so good. Correction: so far, so excellent.
@Rick
To get the cinematic patch folders to overwrite my existing folders properly, I had to change the "Bi" (for "battle interface"?) folder to the lower case "bi", which was the default name of my folder in the main RTW-BI folder 末 otherwise, I would've had an extraneous folder called "Bi" and none of the cinematic files would have been added. Hope this helps, though it's just a shot in the dark, and I see Granto is already on the case, anyway.
Thank you. I've become rather devoted to this mod. I'll let you know if your suggestion works.
Uhmmm. I apologize, but I can't locate the "battle interface" sting. I'm not too savy when it comes to those things. If you could be a little more detailed on how can find it, it.would greately appreciated
im gonna have a look at it all today especialy running on bi
Granto could you please reupload a few files, a few of the links appear to be dead.
http://www.gamefront.com/files/21115...ch+extras+3.7z
http://www.gamefront.com/files/20970...glish_DEF_1.7z
These two don't work.
Don't worry about the battle interface, or whatever 末 that was me being stupid.
To clarify:
Inside your main RTW-BI folder, you have a folder called "bi." (Or it might be Bi, depending on your version of RTW.) Either way, when you go to overwrite the files inside the main folder (by replacing the bi folder with the folders in Grantoz install), you will need to make sure that all the folders match, otherwise they won't overwrite. In one case, I noticed that a folder in Grantoz install was called "Bi" and not "bi" (which is what my folder is called), so I had to change it to bi before pasting it in so that all the right files were overwritten. This is just one possibility for what may be wrong. Sorry if all this sounds confusing 末 it's early in the a.m. over here!
@Granto
I'll pass this one to you, mate, so I don't confuse Rick even more.
