you should ask for rumours and will get a Fangorn location. I never managed to do it but I'm almost sure this is how it works

Yes, yes.
I just got it- I never cared for the rumours before, but I just clicked randomly.
Now I have Fangorn and Dead Marshes- don't nkow what they do since I'm currently busy supporting Faramir

Faramir seems to be the main 'fighter' on the front, get himself into big troubles however.

The mod itself is free, but you need the game Mount & Blade to play it

It's €20 and im not paying anything for it unless im sure i cant get M&B for free.

Not in legal ways. Where I live it's 7€, and you can buy 3 of them for 14€

You could wait for some special offer via Steam or so, I bought ALL Mount and Blades for 9€ all together last year...

You can play Moount and Blade for free, the Demo, it basically includes everything but is limited to advancing your charakter to level 7 and or past it, something like that....
If you wanna play The Lasd Days you will need the full version though

Anyone knows whether I can somehow "rebuilt" raided settlements. Cause my allies and my faction don't defend their settlements at all and at the start of the game I cannot hold against a few hundret enemies so they simply raid ours we raid theirs....can I somehoe rebuild them again at some point somehow ?

there is no such option atm. Honestly, I had the same problem, and had to cheat in order to win...

I'm actually not a big fan of this mod, and I waited for it for a long time too. The team did very good on some aspects, like important settlements and some cool features. But I really don't like how they portray middle-earth. I can't immerse myself into the mod because I keep thinking things look really weird compared to how I or Peter Jackson imagined it. PJ did a fantastic job at converting Middle-earth into a visual world, and it serves as a base on how things should even resemble in Middle-Earth for me and MANY others. I don't know if the TLD team thought they could imagine something better or were just trying to follow lore more closely, but either way the visual style pulls me out of the experience so much that I can't even play it. Again, they did good on many things, they are brilliant over there at TLD. But TATW did it right, by basing everything visually on the movies, adding a bit of their own imagination on things that weren't seen in the movies (I believe we have MUCH better artist here at TATW, no offense.), while at the same time sticking to lore very closely. Again, great attempt but I think I'm gonna have to put TLD down boys.
