Viewing other nation's family trees

Out of every kind of thing I would want on a wishlist with this game the thing I would want the most is the ability to actually view the other AI's nations family trees so you can hunt down the right people to ruin their nation and in general follow it out of interest, I don't see why not an enemy would be well aware of their competition

You could use console commands to change which faction(s) you are controlling and do it that way?

I don't know if what you are asking is possible, but if it were it would be very low on the developer's list of things to do (if on there at all).

It would be cool if you could see who a faction's current Monarch is on the diplomacy screen, like in ETW.

Even if it was possible, my guess is that it would make it too easy to destroy a faction.

On my last campaign with France I killed the Denmark king without knowing that there was no heir, and suddenly all the northern territories were rebels, Denmark was destroyed.

Only way to do it is start a hotseat campaign and change control of factions to see the family tree. Outside of hotseat it is impossible.
