Following the Koln-Valois invasion of Holland and Arthur's refusal to allow the Dutch sanctuary in Britannia, the Dutch, in a last-ditch attempt, are now trying to invade Valois-occupied Flanders.

True, but they may be able to help, and if nothing else will stop the Dutch supply lines and prevent them from escaping.

if you lose im assuming the surviving troops will already be landing in flanders by the time Jarkey gets there

They will, but there's no chance Valois will lose. However, it really ought to be a surprise attack.

No. It can't get there in the maybe week it would take to cross the channel.

not all of it, but the Rhineland and Westphalian divisions easily could.

How long would it take for an army to go across the channel, be told not to come back, leave, and sail across? A few days max. Besides, you really should have no idea this is happening (neither should Valois, but I'm letting their navy attack for the sake of fairness).

By the time their army has disembarked and actually had time to siege anything other than a small town, most of my army can be there.
