Is this mod prepared for hotseat?

At the spanish hosteat community ( http://hmtw2.foroactivo.com/ ) we are deeply interested in launching a multiplayer hotseat campaign with this mod. Does it include the hotseat feature? Are factions somehow balanced in their military strenght?

me and my clan want to play the hotseat but i saw that when i launch the hotseat there is no password, this is normal or is it a bug ?
