    Huge thanks everyone. Your heart-warming words helped me recovered in such a short time. If it wasn't for you guys, I don't know where I had been on TWC in the first place. *sniff*

    Should have posted this earlier, but I went on a 2-day trip with my friends, hope I didn't make you worried. So I used some recovering program to get 60% of my files back, but many of them are corrupted, most of them are my recent work-in-progress stuff. Now I'll deal with the fact that I've lost them completely and continue with my remaining current and future works.

    I recovered 3Ds max and Photoshop also, though most .max saves are lost, basically I can work again, so it shouldn't have to come to that 'retirement'. I guess I was such a drama queen out of depression
    About my old and released works, they're okay, I appreciate your help offers, but I believe they are still available in my uploaded mediafire files (and the OP of this thread as well!).


    Today I've been trying to port the steam tank to vanilla after return home, but have been failing with some CTDs I have yet to know the reason(s) of. Do you have many experiences working on the scorpion cart, Jubal?

    Thank you all again, and sorry for bothering you with the ruckus.

    Right now he has a Persian looking unit as the model and texture. I recommended that we use the 'Cilician Pirate' unit as a base and he was okay with that. Here is what this unit should look like:

    Cilician Pirate, but with a shirt (just use a peasant shirt)
    Small Shield and dagger
    Sling, with baskets as ammo. So like how the Head Hurler unit for the Britons has heads attached to his belt, could you make little woven brown baskets and attach it to this guys belt? That way he is throwing baskets instead of heads or stones

    For the textures, I need a texture for Pontic, Mercenary, and a custom color. The Custom color is black, with a purple outline (senate purple)

    Could you do this for my friend? Also, I am glad you are back!

    No... But I did a search this thread is a lifesaver, I managed to get pass the error, alongside with how to fix it. Again the .org shows itself a great place for knowledges that are most unknown to TWC.

    Rarity: thankyou so so much! Is there any possibility that you could make a version with different names for the .cas and .dds files? With their current names (same as the original Scorpion cart) I can't use both the tank and the original scorpion cart in the same mod, which would mean removing the only decent ranged unit the Dark Elves have at present.

    Nearly working, I installed it all properly, but the turret isn't there, it's got the original scorpion cart scorpion on top of the tank. The wheels and chassis are fine though.

    Looking back at it, I was wrong. Doesn't matter what model you have as the scorpion's base, the game will assign scorpion_cart_stand.cas and scorpion_cart_scorpion.cas as the turret and scorpion. So as far as I'm concerned, replacing the vanilla cart is the only way to go.

    I know I have the request for the Bithynian Snake Hurler, but I came across this not too long ago.
    The Julii Hastati and Principes are missing their shoulder guards and chain mail with them!
