The model itself shouldn't be much of a problem, but rather the coding work for the balloon. Coding is not really my trade, but I think something can be learnt from the FATW, which has flying reptiles iirc. Is this something you can do yourself, or you need me to work on it for you?

Looks great so far. You can leave off the cloth wrapping on the spear, if it'll simplify the process.

LotRTW has flying Nazgûl unit on its fell beast. I guess I could by using its code bring the balloon to the skies. I’ll take a look at it.
